Well, I think it's time to stick a fork in winter... She's gone.

We had a couple of cool days recently, so I took that opportunity to milk everything I could out of my favorite season and dress like we're in the thick of winter. I decided to complement my go-to winter boots with a relatively new wool suit I bought at the tail end of the season. Paired also with a colorful tie and a cutaway collar shirt, this otherwise conservative work outfit is given an extra punch to keep from blending in with the rest of the blokes in the office. And speaking of these boots-- You've seen them on the blog several times before, so I don't have to tell you how much I love the contrast between the refined cap toe design and the rugged soles. It sounds silly, but the rugged soles help give my suit a "badass" edge that I'm not complaining about. Not a terrible way to close out the best season of the year...
